That is an excellent tool! - strongly recommend it if you have the time to also go through the documentation. I found it not so straight forward ( with the adding up the results -> dividing it -> comparing it to statistical values -> in the end not really knowing if I have burnout or not ) But it provides more in-depth information especially in relationship with Belgium workforce.
