What Is Multiverse Theory?
- armchairhacker 5y agoI don’t get how there could not be a multiverse. At minimum, we can neither prove nor disprove that there is a separate parallel universe which is completely undetectable, because by definition, everything would be the same either way. What interests me is quantum physics like shown in the double slit experiment, where if a random action (electrons passing through 2 slits) it creates a seemingly-impossible result (interference pattern), but only if you don’t measure the electrons. If the universe just split into two parallel universes on each random action, measuring the action would not affect the outcome.
