Genuine question: if drug pricing was altered resulting in much lower prices, would the same research and development still occur? Would people be willing to pool capital to pursue FDA approval? Would other countries still get low prices? This isn't an argument for anything so I don't need rhetorical unrelated comparisons, I’m wondering if this has been evaluated and studied, or maybe if there were case studies from prior time periods or other countries
