Kerson and his team asked buyers at every retailer who stocks PNW parts to remove them from their Amazon stores too, so that everyone involved could maximize their profits and not undercut each other.
IANAL, but is this not collusion or price fixing?

- InitialLastName 5y agoAren't manufacturers (and branders) normally able to set the minimum advertised prices of their products, in addition to making suggestions (backed by "if you break the rules, we won't sell this to you any more") about how and where retailers can sell and advertise the product?
- ozzythecat 5y agoYou can set a minimum advertised price I think. That’s why on some sites you don’t get to see the lower price until check out. I’m not a lawyer, but I imagine price fixing laws still apply.
