The combination of this sort of data mining of circumstantial evidence combined with a justice system that mostly relies on the hunches of
bunch of randoms for convictions, yes I can see how potentially innocent people will end up going to jail. But I don't think the geofence warrants are ultimately at the heart of the issue.
