- fencepost 5y agoTrue, but the core is reusing existing batteries and I suspect IEEE readers are more likely than average to have battery lawn mowers, leaf blowers or (lower voltage @18-20v) battery power tools. I suspect one of the links in there would have info on repurposing those as well.
