I regularly smack the anti-semites on gab upside the head with a cluestick.
- CraigJPerry 5y agoIt was 10 years ago when “Rumors, Truths, and Reality: A Study of Political Misinformation” was published. Among other things, That was the study that tried debunking “death panels” and the affordable care act. The outcome was entrenchment, more people believed in death panels after hearing the fact check. Since then this study has been repeated 10s if not hundreds of times. That fact checking doesnt change minds is not in question. It simply does not work to change someone’s mind.
