I don't know how we'll put that genie back in the bottle. I just read the other day about Russia's new doomsday weapon. A nuclear torpedo with yield triple that of the largest bomb ever exploded, a dirty bomb on purpose for extra radioactivity, and meant to be detonated near a coastal city to strike it with a 500 meter radioactive tsunami. That kind of silliness continues on, unfortunately.
