Who would have thought that banning evictions for 2 years could raise rents?
- twelve40 5y agoThere are probably bigger factors at play, but yes, renting out to anyone even remotely evictable becomes very unattractive.

- missedthecue 5y agothats how it works in essentially every market. Think about 18 year old drivers compared to 45 year old drivers when shopping for insurance. Why the difference in quotes?
