Psychologists say a good life doesn’t have to be happy, or even meaningful
- mark_l_watson 5y agoThat was a good read. I am into several pursuits in life, but I measure my own personal happiness by how much of my time is spent satisfied with what I am doing in the moment. This is a fairly easy metric to use when I meditate and pray before going to sleep. I am most satisfied when I am not thinking of myself (ego related things) and I am absorbed in what I am doing. Simple stuff, but it works for me.
