Windows privilege escalation with Razer Installer
- petee 5y agoShort version: Plugging in a USB mouse automatically downloads (edit: installer stored on device) and runs the Razer Installer as SYSTEM, when it runs it lets you open a folder-selection dialog; right click and run powershell as administrator! And Razer's initial response on Twitter to this: "Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let us assist you with your concern. Send us a DM with your case number so we can escalate it to the relevant team." -- Wow, just wow
