I don't know, but I'm kind of skeptical of this. I find with a lot of crypto folks, the line between predicting state collapse and rooting for state collapse gets kind of blurred. Similar to gold bugs: if your favorite asset would benefit from the downfall of state power, it seems you start to see signs of it everywhere that other people don't really see.
