The people who would most benefit from this being priced in - American working class & global poor - have no way to influence the "price" in any broad sense.
Those who do have pricing influence are riding the wave for short-term gains (e.g. M&A), or washing their hands of the whole mess and leaving it for someone else to clean up (e.g. becoming NZ citizens).
