What the hell is D&I performance?
- ecnahc515 5y agoDiversity and inclusion. So probably something about % of under-represented groups vs the majority (usually white males in the US tech sector).
- redis_mlc 5y agoTerms in common use are CRT, DEI and D&I. Because of the Marxist origin of CRT, some people are re-labelling CRT as DEI. (Or US Marxists conflate CRT with "presenting a more accurate version of history.") It's not about "usually white males in the US tech sector." It's about "white supremacy", which is all white people.
