You see stories like this and think that China is correct in coming down on the tech sector. No one is better off when a company pulls stunts like this.
- mc32 5y agoIt’s true that a centralized system can make “the right calls” without having to compromise for the purpose of maximizing or minimizing something… that’s the good. On the other hand, they can also make unilateral and very poor decisions (like the cultural revolution).
- csomar 5y agoSure, having a few monopolies is bad. Let's nationalize them all under one single monopoly.
