- baybal2 5y agoI've seen plenty of engineers with 6 years education working on assembly lines in China. An incredible boon for whomever was employing them. Having a person who can "debug" equipment problems on the line within minutes, or optimise seemingly innocuous, but critically important, and impactful small tidbits in the manufacturing process is priceless, and this is what makes the whole difference in between a failing manufacturing line, and one which runs well.
