- Kaibeezy 5y agoOK, this seems kind of brilliant. Grow a mat of grass, hydroponically, with the bare minimum of water, as fast as possible, and then deliver it straight to the cows. Throw in some of that seaweed for methane mitigation, and this seems like a big win. Of course we’d still have the animal welfare, poop management, antibiotic overload, slaughterhouse employment, and a bunch of other issues. “It” probably ought to be “Utah vertical farm”, if you are still able to edit that.
