Idea is to record all of the political and social datasets from human history (big parameters!) and provide in a machine readable format. Basically trying to understand the past (where elite overproduction occurred etc.) and make data driven predictions about the future. Uncertainty, complex schemata, complex data, and difficult to digest formats abound.
