- ludocode 5y agoAlmost all very wealthy countries have socialized healthcare including palliative care. For roughly a billion people, palliative care is free.

But if you have a great vision which could be of service to others -- aka valid dream -- you could regret not working hard enough. But a dream might usually be orthogonal to "time at the workplace".
