- slownews45 5y agoUgh - I hate this HN type of misinformation. It just seems reactionary. Please post to the conditions facebook violated around their instagram acquisition. Remember, instagram had 13 staff or something - it was pretty tiny! Even folks who are arguing for breakups admit this fact: " Yet the Federal Trade Commission approved the merger without conditions.
