It is a hard requirement that my two non-profit organizations have a FaceCrook presence. It is the same for a majority of businesses. This is clearly a monopoly position. The level of service that they are providing to the user pales in comparison to the value of the data they extract in exchange. There is clear harm to the users. That this is not a simple case against them is a clear failing of the regulators and/or their laws.
