Building a Driver-Owned Alternative to Uber and Lyft

A huge company that covers the whole world, the Uber of today, will not work since it's hard to tailor it to the specific area. The Shopify model will ultimate work best. If people can create their own companies using a SaaS they can then tailor it to the specific needs to the area they serve and charge the appropriate fares.
