- EricE 5y agoNot sure why you are getting voted down - you are 100% correct. Especially in this post 9/11 world - look at what was supposed to be "temporary" to deal with the "terrorists". Ha! You have to be an utter simpleton if you don't think use of this mechanism will expand. It's not even a leap of logic - it's been going on for 20 years all around us!
- brandon272 5y agoFor some reason with every new privacy infringement people seem to want to believe that "this will be the last one". I'm sure 3 weeks ago no one could have fathomed that Apple would make an announcement like this, yet here we are.
