- pseingatl 5y agoThe problem with the NY Times list is that, according to the Times itself, it is not accurate, but editorial. See, Blatty v. NY Times. There are many links to as well as a Wikipedia entry about this case. As this article points out, it's still good law--and presumably, the Times' continued practice--today.
