There is no such thing as a "level 2 self driving car". Tesla does not have any form of a "self driving car". It has "level 2 automation" just like basically every other large manufacturer (Honda has some production cars with "level 3 automation"). The leaders in vehicle automation have self-driving cars, but Tesla is far behind.
