Thanks dang! I don't seem to be able to reply to OP's top comment for some reason. Is it a wanted behavior or a bug?
- dang 5y agoWe do that sometimes with Show HNs when the top comment is introducing the project. The reason is that there's not much difference between "replying to the comment introducing the project" and "replying to the project itself", i.e. posting a top level comment. But the former end up ranking higher on the page, which can be unfair.
