A family owned business and one of their employees has more knowledge of the business than the owners, 4 years and they never thought spend some time documenting that knowledge.
Not everyone is capable of running a business.
- PopGreene 5y agoThis is what I was thinking. Jean IS the business. They should offer to sell it to her. Then they can buy a fast food franchise. They'd have more leverage over teenagers and old people with no retirement.
