Disbelief and betrayal: Europe reacts to Biden’s Afghanistan ‘miscalculation’
- rossdavidh 5y agoI notice that, even with this move signaled in advance by two consecutive administrations, there was never any talk in Europe about stepping in. The U.S. only had a few thousand troops there, it is not as if France or Germany could not have replaced them. They did not, and likely never even considered the idea, and they were correct not to.
