Until someone from the Bluesky leadership team officially stands up their own AP-speaking site, I wouldn't expect them to commit to anything. On the other hand, they've been quick to build a community around a proprietary/closed/centralized service (Discord). Bare minimum would be to stand up a WP site with the ActivityPub Plugin for feeding back their statuses to the existing standards-based social web.
