Yeah but I reckon these kind of robots won't be deployed strictly against human snipers. The average enemy won't have the skill nor equipment to retaliate against long range, rapid fire sniping. A robot, maybe with drone support, could be really accurate at launching grenades or unguided mortar rounds. Or hell, attach it to an artillery gun. Much cheaper than missiles.
