I'm sorry but I don't see why anyone here should feel obligated to help her. Both AirBNB and EJ should have insurance. It's not some kind of natural disaster and she's not terminally ill as far as I know. She was making money by renting her apartment, so the least she could do is to protect herself using part of that money, and AirBnb should do the same.
