- Vecr 5y agoYou mean HIV? Yeah, you can get it from fluid-to-blood contact, accidentally getting yourself with a needle, or someone trying to use a contaminated needle as a bio-weapon. Microscopic cuts under your fingernails are important, so you should wear gloves for sure.
