Exactly. Everyone who loves cars wanted an electric pony car or Corvette, despite the niche. Ford tries to play to a more general audience, luckily pulls it off, but still pisses off us car guys. Honestly, they've done worse, but I grit my teeth a little when people say the name. And yes, I get that I'm irrational about a brand with the rest of the minority I know who is also pissed.
