I'm pretty sure the most likely thing is that they just forgot to change the clock.

  If that's the case (which it really could be), it is also embarrassing that the people who maintain that situation room aren't giving POTUS accurate information. That also means this clock has been wrong since March and no one has caught on to that until now. You would expect they'd be on top of something like this.
