They don't have the hands free stuff out yet (Blue Cruise is what they have named it). The current Mach-E does have a very nice advanced cruised control system

I have a Mach-E and while you do have to keep your hands on the wheel, it will completely handle steering around curves and following distance from vehicles in front of you. I've only used it on the highway though.
