  From this list [0]: Albertson's, H.E.B., Macy's, and Apple at the moment, and there's a whole list of companies that said they might use it in the future. EDIT: elsewhere in these comments someone stated that Apple does not use facial recognition.     I don't believe that Walmart isn't using this data, they have way too many cameras in there stores not to be using it. Not that it really matters anyway. If you use credit cards, they already know more about you and your buying habits than you could imagine.
