In some areas yeah they are. I’ve interviewed a few folks who are tremendously unhappy though where as previously it seems like they had one of the most content and happy workforces in tech.
- ksec 5y agoI thought it was not a good idea to be unhappy about the previous work place in an interview?
- hypothesis 5y agoSemi-jokingly: if they are happy, then why are they leaving? I hope that most are going to explain it better than “unhappy”, but at the end of the day we all want a better future for ourselves.
