I'm surprised AWS doesn't monitor these blacklists and remove IPs from circulation until they can get them delisted. This has to be a common problem. Or maybe

I'm surprised AWS doesn't monitor these blacklists and remove IPs from circulation until they can get them delisted. This has to be a common problem.
Or maybe they do, and Quad9 just isn't one they have a relationship with.
