I just set static IPs for important things and put them in my domain. There's also MDNS although most of the MDNS responders are pretty fat for what they do. I

I just set static IPs for important things and put them in my domain. There's also MDNS although most of the MDNS responders are pretty fat for what they do. I tried hacking some basic MDNS stuff into busybox a few years ago but never cleaned it up and sent a patch.
