I don't have pictures of said water. The water is safe to drink, but it just looks unpleasant and occasionally smells too. I think it has to do with minerals in the supply being stirred up by rain water and reacting with treatment chemicals. EPA doesn't care to much about the taste, color, or appearance of the water as long as it is "safe" to drink.
