It is a nice twist, but I would still consider the title click bait. I like hn for having no click bait.

- qzw 5y agoHow about we allow clickbait only on Sundays. Then during the rest of the week we can tell all the submissions with questionable titles to “Save it for Clickbait Sunday.” Edit: Sigh, I guess I have to add a disclaimer that it's a joke. I should know better by now.
- meowster 5y agoI'd rather have interesting posts like this in moderation, not a free-for-all with lower quality posts.
- qzw 5y agoIt was an attempt at humor, just like the tweets in the submission. I was trying to gently poke fun at the fact that some portion of hn will call anything a bit unexpected "clickbait".
- netizen-936824 5y agoNo jokes allowed. HN is srs bsns >:(
- mrzool 5y agoWelcome to HN, one of the few Internet forums where humor is actively discouraged and unfailingly frowned upon (with the possible sole exception of idlewords[1]). Dear HN users, make yourselves a favor and stop taking everything, including yourselves, so seriously. - meowster 5y agoIt's an intellectually-enticing title, but I wouldn't lump it in with "Clickbait" (with a capital 'C'). It's way more interesting than "10 things... , number 4 will shock you!"
