We need people like you. If I could, I would hire you and make you "unfireable". Your job would be to go around and make people do the ABSOLUTELY most simple work.
You could start by shadowing me and yelling at me every time I attend a meeting that I don't need to be in.
- rektide 5y agoi don't think anyone is ever consistently correct about which pieces of complexity are the right ones to take on to make things simple. worshiping & empowering someone who'se only message is that other people are inferior & crude & bad, & using that to assume they must be the right proper judge- the platinum citizen- is in my view an abominably horrific way to enforce a narrow viewset. and it's not who i nor those engineers i respect want to work with: the fear minded. the Muse denialists, those whose bit is to tell you to reel it in.
