- mycodesucks 5y agoWhat exactly does "..and for other purposes" mean? Seems unnecessary and tyrannical to me.
- pwg 5y agoThat would be the "pork" provision. That lets them load the bill up with other, unrelated pet projects, and still technically be under the umbrella of the title.
- a3n 5y agoI get the incoming requirement, at least for foreigners. But I think it's a human rights violation to prevent your citizens from leaving and entering the country. I'm in favor of the idea, I just think it's going to have problems.
