This is how we can follow the whole lifecycle of a product. this is a very important aspect. these days I get a feeling that many products are "optimised for initial review & return period" . beyond the free return date , it generally gets nearly impossible to get warranty repairs / replacements from the mfg. And, most reviews on ecommerce sites are from that first-ten-day period.
