Hello -- Been in and out of this country as well as other regional countries a lot in the past decade and I can attest it's probably some of the best in the whole latin american/caribbean zone. Fibre to the home rollout across the country in places where you wouldn't expect it like the beach and the jungle. What's spotty isn't as much actually the internet access, but the electricity. I usually make sure I'm in range of 4g and keep good batteries for the two hours or so that the 4g towers have batteries.
