I appreciate your response, however, to a serious tennis player, the OPs comment is so naive, to the point that you wonder if they're being sarcastic. They probably lack the experience of playing tennis at a reasonable level, and have come to their conclusion in a very uninformed way. Almost suggesting all other tennis players are daft to not reuse balls! Why the heck would people spend money on a new set of balls before each match if it didn't materially impact the quality of the game?! Also, your post attempting to educate me is rather passive aggressive. In some ways, that's meanest kind of mean on HN :(
