It also sits in both earthquake and hurricane areas, so frequently has disasters and then no money to recover.
- JumpCrisscross 5y agoFrance seems to have been attempting an honest reckoning with its past, recently. Returning the present value of those debts to Haiti would bring tangibility to that effort.
