I agree that people should face the consequence of their actions - heinous acts warrant a response. What I can't get behind, is people sifting through the entire (online and offline) history of people, in the hopes of finding some evidence of wrongdoing, no mater how small or trivial, and then starting a cancel campaign. That kind of behavior is just plain creepy and stalkerish, bordering the psychotic.
