This is assuming that TSMC is naive and gullible enough to strike an agreement with a temporary customer who is more a competitor that results in destroying relationship with long term trusted customers. As another commenter pointed out it is more for Aurora and is a limited quantity order. And IIRC from articles posted online this super computer GPU samples were fabbed in Intel’s fabs. So I would expect more delays given Intel has to redesign for TSMC flows.
