what happened to that seaweed-that-cuts-90%-of-bovine-methane-output discovery a few years ago? hasn't that been deployed yet? someone hoarding that tech / patent / knowhow for profits ?

I'm guessing this isn't cheaper than normal cattle feed either, so there needs to be some kind of incentive for farmers to start using it on masse.
